Before you start the main audio, I want to explain what the Evidence Architecture Method actually is, and why trusting without a method, after what you have been through, is not courage. It is exposure.

If you are in reconciliation, or trying to decide whether to be, you already know the problem. The reassurance arrives and you feel better for a few hours, sometimes a day. Then something small happens, a pause before an answer, a notification on a screen, a tone you cannot quite explain, and you are back. Not because you are choosing to go back. Because you have no way to evaluate what you are actually seeing. The feeling that something is wrong and the feeling that you are being paranoid are indistinguishable from the inside when the inside is where betrayal happened.

The Evidence Architecture Method does not tell you whether to trust. It gives you the structured observation system that will tell you, over 90 days, from your own documented evidence, whether the evidence warrants it. That answer will be yours. Built by you. From what you actually saw.

The method has three components, and they work as a system.

The first is conversion. Hypervigilance after betrayal is not a symptom to manage. It is information being collected badly.
